Bahan :
- 350 gr udang berkulit, cuci bersih
- 3 tangkai daun bawang, potong tipis
- 3 lembar daun jeruk
- 2 ruas jari lengkuas, memarkan
- 2 sdm minyak goreng
Bumbu Halus :
- 8 buah cabai merah besar
- 5 butir bawang merah
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 1 buah tomat
- 1 cm kunyit
- 1 cm jahe
- garam secukupnya
Cara membuat :
- Panaskan minyak dalam pan, tumis bumbu halus, daun jeruk, lengkuas hingga harum
- Masukkan udang, aduk, dan tutup pan.
- Masak dengan api sedang selama kurang lebih 6 menit
- Buka tutup pan dan masukkan daun bawang, tutup kembali dan masak selama 2-3 menit
- Setelah matang, angkat, masakan siap dihidangkan
