Resep Roti Canai yang gampang (Canai Bread Recipe)


Bahan :
  • 175gr tepung terigu
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 100cc air hangat
  • 125gr mentega/ margarin, cairkan
Cara Membuat :
  1. Campur tepung terigu, garam dan air hangat sampai rata. Masukkan mentega/ margarin cair. Campur sampai licin.
  2. Bagi menjadi 8-10 bagian, bulatkan. Diamkan selama kurang lebih 15 menit
  3. Pipihkan setebal 1/2 cm. Goreng dalam pan dibolak-balik hingga matang. Lalu angkat
Disajikan dengan kari
Waktu Mempersiapkan bahan sebelum memasak : 20 Menit
Waktu Masak : 15 Menit
Porsi               : 8 -10 buah.

How to Make: 
Mix the flour, salt and warm water until smooth. Enter the butter / margarine liquid. Mix until smooth.
