Bahan :
- 200 gr mie Soba
- 2 butir telur, kocok lepas
- 2 siung bawang putih, cincang
- 50 gr taoge
Bahan diiris tipis :
- 1/2 kol
- 1/2 cangkir irisan paprika hijau
- 1/4 cup irisan kol
- 2 butir bawang bombay
- 10 buah jamur (jenis jamur bebas)
Saus :
- 1/4 cangkir Shoyu
- 80 ml cuka beras
- 3 sdm mirin
- 1 sdm saus Worchestershire
- 3 sdt gula pasir
Cara membuat :
- Masak air dalam panci, setelah mendidih masukkan mie Soba. Masak sekitar 3 menit. Tiriskan, kemudian siram di bawah air dingin, sampai mie benar-benar dingin.
- Siapkan panci, masukkan bahan saus dan masak sampai mendidih, aduk dengan baik.
- Kecilkan api, masak hingga saus mengental. Sisihkan.
- Di mangkok bersih, campurkan telur, paprika, wortel, jamur, kol, dan taoge. Masukkan saus Yakosiba.
- Panaskan minyak dalam pan diatas api sedang. Masukkan campuran saus, telur dan sayuran. Masukkan mie. Tumis selama 3-4 menit hingga mie tercampur bumbu secara rata. Sajikan. Dapat menambahkan nori/ rumput laut sebagai hiasan.

10 pieces of mushroom (type of fungus-free)sauce:
1/4 cup Shoyu
80 ml rice vinegar
3 tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp sugarHow to make:
Cook in a pan of water, after boiling enter Soba noodles. Cook about 3 minutes. Drain,then flush under cold water until completely cold noodles.
Prepare the pan, put the sauce ingredients and cook until boiling, stirring well.
Reduce heat, and cook until sauce thickens. Set aside.
In a clean bowl, combine eggs, peppers, carrots, mushrooms, cabbage, and bean sprouts. Enter Yakosiba sauce.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Enter the sauce mixture, eggs and vegetables.Enter the noodles. Saute for 3-4 minutes until the noodles evenly mixed spice. Serve.You can add nori/ seaweed for finishing.Time served=15 Minutes, Cook Time=15 Minutes, Serves= 2
